We believe that preventing abuse and supporting healing goes beyond one-to-one work. Through our workshops and training, we’re building awareness in communities and equipping professionals with trauma-informed skills.
Our community workshops create safe spaces for learning about relationships, mental health, and wellbeing. Open to survivors, community members, schools, charities, and faith groups.
This workshop explores what makes relationships healthy, signs of unhealthy or abusive relationships, different forms of abuse, and how to support survivors.
Understanding mental health, practical ways to improve it, when to seek support, and how to support others. We explore mental health and wellbeing across mind, body, soul and connections, and help you recognise signs that your mental health might be struggling.
The workshop includes practical tools you can use in everyday life and can cover specialist topics on trauma, anxiety, or other areas relevant to your group.
Workshops can be tailored to your group’s needs and delivered in your space or ours.
