Counselling & Therapeutic Services

Healing that honours all of who you are

If you’ve survived abuse, you might be carrying things that feel too heavy to hold alone. Maybe you’re struggling to trust people. Maybe you’re feeling disconnected from yourself, or like you’re just going through the motions. Perhaps you’re dealing with anxiety, flashbacks, or nights where sleep won’t come.

You’re not alone, and what you’re experiencing makes sense.
We believe therapy should feel like a sanctuary, a place where you can be your whole self, your culture, your identity, whatever matters to you. Our counsellors understand trauma, and they also understand the cultural and religious contexts that shape people’s lives.

Our Services

We offer different ways to access therapeutic support. You can choose what feels right for you.

Individual Counselling

One-to-one therapy with a qualified counsellor, in person or online. Sessions are 50 minutes, usually weekly, up to 22 sessions. Free for those who cannot afford to pay

Walk & Talk Therapy

Therapy combined with gentle walks in London’s parks and green spaces. Great if traditional therapy rooms feel difficult, or if you’re feeling isolated. Free service.

Pathways to Healing (Paid Service)

One-to-one therapy with a qualified counsellor, in person or online. Sessions are 50 minutes, usually weekly, up to 22 sessions. Free for those who cannot afford to pay

Healing Through Words
(Free Programme)

A monthly online writing group for survivors of abuse. You don’t
need to be a writer — just willing to try. Through gentle prompts and
a supportive space, explore writing as a tool for processing, expressing, and reclaiming your story.
