Nour

You are
not alone.

You are not alone.

We’re here with you, illuminating pathways beyond trauma and abuse.

If you’ve experienced abuse, you might feel alone, disconnected, unsure where to turn.

Perhaps you’re carrying things you’ve never told anyone, managing sleepless nights and anxiety, or navigating systems that don’t understand your culture, faith or background.

You don’t have to carry this alone. We are here with free, confidential and compassionate support when you are ready.

Emergency Help

We've created a short guide to emergency services you can contact.

If you or any children are in immediate danger, always call 999

If you can’t talk, you can call 999 and then press 55, the operator will respond. This Silent Solution is designed so you can get help without putting yourself in danger.

We Are Here for You

Abuse can impact different people in different ways. Some people feel angry, or disconnected.

Others feel overwhelmed, confused or isolated. Some do not know where to turn, or feel a mixture of all the above.

At Nour, we offer compassionate, safe and confidential support to help you make sense of your experiences and heal.

Our Support & Advocacy services are here to help with both the practical challenges and the emotional support you need along the way.

We offer different ways to access therapeutic support. You can choose what feels right for you.

We offer direct financial assistance (for those eligible) and money management support to help ease the burden during difficult times.

Our Legal Advice service provides free legal support from qualified solicitors who understand both the law and the realities of abuse.
